These terms apply when you use Stack. The most important part is the first section: this is a tracking and reference tool, not medical care.
Stack records what you choose to record and shows it back to you: doses, adherence, bloodwork trends, stock, and reference information about compounds.
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to take, avoid, start, stop or change any substance or dose. Using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Decisions about what you take belong between you and a licensed clinician.
Reference ranges, half-lives, estimated blood levels and calculator results are informational. Estimated levels in particular are a modelled shape based on published half-lives and your own logs, not a measurement of your blood.
Our compound library aggregates published research, regulatory documents and community-reported experience. We mark how well-sourced each entry is, and we say plainly where human data is limited or absent.
Listing a compound is not an endorsement of it, or a claim that it is safe, legal or effective for you. The library includes substances that are unapproved, prescription-only or prohibited in sport precisely so that people already using them can see the risks. Legal status varies by country and changes; checking the law where you live is your responsibility.
You must be at least 18. Keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You are responsible for what you enter. Dose calculations and trends are only as good as the values you record.
Ask and the written insights describe patterns in your own recorded data. They are built to refuse to prescribe, dose or diagnose, and to route those questions to your clinician.
AI output can still be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on it as a sole source for any decision about your health, and do not treat it as a substitute for professional advice.
If you connect a device account such as WHOOP, Oura or Withings, you authorise us to retrieve the measurements described on that screen. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy. You can disconnect at any time.
Everything you record stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: to store your data, show it back to you, and process it to produce the features you use.
We claim no right to sell, license or commercialise your data, in identified, de-identified or aggregated form. See our Privacy Policy.
The software, design and written reference content remain ours.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change. We will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on, and you can export your data at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make about substances, dosing or treatment.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of doing so.
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where required by law. You can export your data before you go.
If we change these terms we will update the date above and notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
